Bring a towel and water. If you can arrive a little early as I will need you to complete a Medical Questionnarie and choose your ideal size kettlebell. What an amazing return to our Kettlercise classes at Pilton Village Hall. Well done to those that continue to attend and a warm welcome to our new participants.
