The specifically designed combination of easy to follow exercises, demonstrating correct technique, that Helen Ainsworth delivers helps participants to build full body strength and accurately targets the legs, hips, back and abdomen to achieve the full effect.

‘My LBT classes are basically a full body aerobic workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. These are notoriously the worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat so by targeting them one after the other and tailoring the exercises to your needs, we can tone, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom and create lean muscle’.
